ASR uses stored login information to auto login to your email provider's system and sends your last recording (like an email app) from your email service to the email address you specify in AE settings or communicate with your email provider's mail service. If you are not comfortable with above, you can always use Auto Email (Gmail) and setup auto email without giving out your details

FCM is part of the core of the Android and used by Google and developers to communicate with your phone via Google services. If you choose to receive updates within ASR settings, ASR uses FCM to deliver notifications about updates and promotions related to ASR, to you. In order to do that we store a very long random string of text that is unique to ASR. This information does not contain any personal information whatsoever and cannot be used anywhere apart from ASR. It is deleted as soon as you are opt-out from receiving updates under ASR settings. You can red more about FCM at https://firebase.google.com/docs/cloud-messaging/
In order to check new updates and messages ASR tries to connect to this site every 7 days or so. It does not transfer any information what so ever and we do not record this request. It is purely to notify urgent updates.
