If your purchase wasn't recognized or you lost access to your license after using it for a while, following these steps might help. Losing access to your license mostly happens because of an issue caused by Google's account system. This happens for users that have multiple Google Play accounts because every in-app purchase is linked to only one of your Google Play Store accounts. You need to be signed in with that account while downloading (updates for) ACR Phone. Sometimes, Google checks the purchases for the wrong account.
First, check on which account you bought ACR Phone; follow this guide to learn how. Then, remove all other Google accounts from your device (Android settings > Accounts > Select the account > Remove Account). Warning: This will delete all messages, contacts, and other data linked with the phone account. Afterward, reboot your device and check if your license is being recognized.
Make sure you're signed in on Google Play with the account that you used to purchase ACR Phone. If you were not signed in previously or recently switched your account, please do the following:
If not, we haven't received your order and you might want to contact Google to fix payment issues on your account
Uninstall the app, go to Google Play Store website, make sure you are logged into the right account then install it from there
Have you tried turning it off and on again? You don't believe how often it helps.
If everything fails or you need further assistance, we're glad to help. Don't hesitate to contact by going into ACR Phone settings > About this app > and tap on to our contact email. To troubleshoot your purchase, please include its order number or Google Play account email(s)
