Already purchased but cannot activate?

ACR Phone should automatically activate your license upon installation. Please follow the steps from our guide to resolve problems with license activation.

Already paid for ACR Call Recorder (Red), why do I need to pay for ACR Phone (Blue)?

Some of our customers are asking if they can transfer their ACR Call Recorder (Red) Pro license to ACR Phone (Blue). This is not possible as ACR Phone (Blue) is a brand new app and not the new version of ACR Call Recorder (Red).

What are the premium features

Here is the current list of premium features.
  • Adding more than 1 SIP account
  • Adding more than 1 Cloud Service
  • Call blocking per SIM if phone has more than 1 SIM card
  • RingingScreen per contact
  • Automatic Call History cleaner
  • Call Reporting to remote self-hosted server
  • Focus Mode
  • Keep Recording prompt after each call
  • Ability to enable automatic call recording instead of manually starting recording
  • High quality recording format
  • Automated recording history cleaner
  • Recording transfer between different phones
  • Selecting custom date ranges for call stat reporting
  • Sharing recording parts longer than 20 seconds
Please note that premium cannot change call recording quality. You read more about this in our help article regarding call recording issues.

What is the difference between plans

Life time (one time payment): You pay once to access all premium features. One time purchase is valid for the life of the app.

Annual subscription: You pay annually to access all premium features. Automatically renews annually until cancelled. Cancel at anytime on Google Play Store.

Premium with adverts: You have access to all premium features and may see adverts in the app. You may see links to our own apps or premium upgrade prompts marked as advertising.

Basic without adverts: You have access to standard functionality you would except from a phone app without any advertising but premium upgrade prompts on menus. You may get access to limited set of premium features. For example, we may only allow one cloud service or one SIP account etc.

You can switch betwen Premium with adverts and Basic without adverts at anytime. Please note that premium features including already active ones may be disabled when you downgrade to Basic without adverts
